What age is better for a child to be taken in a cruise?

Every cruise company has its own terms for infants, children up to 24 months. Infants are not allowed on trips longer than 10-14 days.

If the child is less than one year old the cruise trip should not be more than a day at the sea.

It is officially not recommended to take a child of this age with you on a cruise trip.

Only MSC has no age restrictions for children (not for all routes). They also have special rooms, equipped with Chicco brand, and with all, that is necessary for mother and baby.

Other companies allow children from 6 months to cruise trips.

There is a limit of the number of children on board, which is related to the number of beds, play rooms and areas and corresponding baby chairs in the restaurant and cafeterias.
